Hello all......sorry that I have not been in class forever......things got really busy for me and there is no end in sight. Jen and I had our baby on Sunday so it will be a while before I will make it back to class but I fully intend on doing so. It was awesome to have a baby on fathers day! Anyway I did not want you to think I had been taken by aliens or that I had given up on class.

My wife and son are going on a trip to Washington D.C. next week. I'll probably be bringing my little girl to class, which is ok cuz she loves coming to Aikido.
